TENDER NOTICE FOR EXTRACTION OF RESIN
DIRECTORATE (NORTH ZONE)
The
schedule for inviting sealed tenders from registered Labour
Supply Mates of appropriate category for resin extraction and
its carriage up to Road Side Depots of following Forest Working
Divisions is hereby fixed as under:-

Tenders will be received up to 12.30 PM and will
be opened on the same day at 1.00
PM at the respective
Divisional Offices as mentioned above in the presence of tender(s) who wish to be present at the time of opening of
tenders. Negotiation of rates will follow with the lowest
tender(s). The tenders should be on prescribed form and can be
obtained from the concerned office of the D.M. @ Rs.100/- per
form and should be accompanied by required EMD in
shape of FDR on Nationalized Bank duly pledged in favour of
concerned Divisional Manager. For further

Sealed
tenders are invited from registered Labour Supply Mates of
appropriate category for resin extraction and its carriage up to
prescribed road side depots during 2010 resin season in the
following Forest Working Divisions on or before the dates
mentioned against each as under:

The tender should reach in
the office of the concerned Divisional Manager on or before the
stipulated date up to 11.00 AM which will be opened at the same
day at 11.30 AM in presence of the tenderers who may wish to be
present. The tender should be on prescribed form available in
the office of concerned D.M. against cash payment of Rs. 100/--
(Rupees one hundred only). The tender should be accompanied by
required amount of Earnest Money Deposit In case the rate
offered by the lowest tenderer is not reasonable, negotiation
will be held with lowest tenderer only. For further details,

If a holiday falls on any of the above date(s), tender will be
held on next working day
