TENDERS WILL BE RECEIVED UPTO 2 PM AND WILL BE
OPENED ON THE SAME DAY AT 2.30 PM AT THE RESPECTIVE DIVISIONAL
OFFICES AS MENTIONED ABOVE IN THE PRESENCE OF TENDER(S) WHO WISH
TO BE PRESENT AT THE TIME OF OPENING OF TENDERS. NEGOTIATION OF
RATES WILL FOLLOW WITH THE LOWEST TENDER(S). THE TENDERS SHOULD
BE ON PRESCRIBED FORM AND CAN BE OBTAINED FROM THE CONCERNED
OFFICE OF THE DM @ RS.100/- PER FORM AND SHOULD BE ACCOMPANIED
BY REQUIRED EMD IN SHAPE OF FDR ON NATIONALISED BANK DULY
PLEDGED IN FAVOUR OF CONCERNED DIVISIONAL MANAGER. FOR FURTHER

TENDER NOTICE FOR TRANSPORTATION
OF VARIOUS WORKS UNDER O/O DIRECTORATE (SOUTH ZONE)
Sealed
tenders are invited from registered Labour Supply Mates of
appropriate category for carrying out various Bamboo and
timber operation, i.e., felling, conversion and carriage up to
road side depots including khad/river floating, wet slide, ropeway spans etc
(where ever applicable) and Transportation
of timber up to Him kashth Sale Depots and truck transportation
of fuelwood/timber from various road side depots of FWD Rampur
to Sale Depots of the tribal areas of Spiti and Kinnaur on the
dates mentioned each as under:-

The
tenders should reach in the concerned Divisional Office on or
before the stipulated dates up to 11.00 AM which will be opened
on the same day at 11.30 AM in the presence of tenderers, who may wish to be
present. The tenders should be accompanied by required amount of
Earnest Money Deposit. The tender forms are available with the
concerned Divisional Manager on cash payment
of Rs.100/- (Rupees one hundred
only). In case the rate of the lowest tenderer is not
reasonable, negotiation will be held with lowest tenderer
only.
